There's A Picture Opposite Me - 1/19/11

Another creation by Jamie. I admit I haven't figured this one out myself yet, so I'm counting on all of your brilliant minds.

  1. Wow, this is a hard one! I've been staring at it for five minutes and have only come up with "Step on spider". But mostly it's just making me want to sing "She's actual size, but she seems much bigger to me", though I'm guessing the dirt on the foot is somehow meaningful. I shall ponder it more on my ride home from work!

  2. I'm pretty sure it's Piece of Dirt. "Piece of dirt, that is all I'm standing on today."

  3. Ha! I just came back to guess the same lyric. That one makes much more sense than what my brain was stuck on before. :-) I like the photo, BTW!

  4. That's it! :}
    (This thing is finally letting me comment...)
    The She's Actual Size line would actually have been a cool alternative lyric I never thought of, Rebecca. But it was, in fact, Piece Of Dirt. I meant to take the picture with no flash so that the smudgy glass wouldn't show up and therefore it would sort of look as though she was standing on a piece of dirt and nothing else, but she was being kind of squirmy and I was in a bit of a hurry, so I didn't bother trying it without the flash. Oh well though, you all got the point. I also discovered that a piece of dirt looks very odd when smooshed. :]
    And thanks!

  5. I just realized that to portray this title I could have also just drawn a peace sign in the dirt. :} Don't know if homonyms are allowed, but I quite enjoy puns like that. Your latest song of the day post about The World's Address is probably what sparked that interest in my head again.
