New Hampshire
Poor New Hampshire man. He's such a pitiable character. No one likes him. No one wants to be friends. The song is just so sad. The band organ is kind of cool but it gives the whole song this uncomfortable dissonance that makes it even more sad. Which I suppose was the point. Did I mention the song was sad?
Side Note: I'll be posting the first round of song brackets this evening when I get home from work so be ready!

Ah! I missed this! This is my favorite State Song! I can't help to speculate it as a bit autobiographical (to my interpretation). Yes it is sad but I love it so much!
