As I believe I have said a number of times, I have never gotten into Homestar Runner making this song and the other TMBG contributions my only experiences with it. So the significance is rather lost on me. But I like the rather over dramatic bombastic quality of the song.

When I first heard this song, during the Paste Magazine stream, I wasn't paying attention to the titles because I was writing a paper while I listened, so when this song came on I thought Linnell was singing "200 females" and was cracking up at the thought of Linnell quaking in fear of ~the ladies~.
