ReplyDeleteDAMMIT. I couldn't figure out what the heck it was! I don't think I've ever actually seen a shoehorn. Jamie, as always, you are the queen of this project.
ReplyDeleteHaha, these Wednesday entries always lead to much chortling on my part.
ReplyDeleteXD "Jamie strikes again" made me laugh, then the Spiraling Shape lyrics (fantastic guess!), not to mention how much I laughed while actually taking the picture.
I was just going to take a picture of the shoehorn with its teeth, but I thought it would be amusing to try to convey someone wanting the thing. Since the only "he" around was my father, I asked him if I could take a picture while I held it in front of him (not bothering to explain why...I figured there wasn't any point, and he's used to me taking odd pictures of things all the time, anyway). First, he asked me if I was on drugs! Hahaha. Then, he agreed, but wasn't extraordinarily enthusiastic about it. I told him to act like he really wanted the shoehorn with teeth. He said if I wanted him to act that way I should actually give him something he really wanted, which led to my parents singing the chorus to "Wannabe" by the Spice Girls! hahaha
Sheesh, I always write too much. Anyway, thank you for creating such an amusing project, Kelly.
