Spider
He is our hero! This, to me, is the quintessential "band fooling around in the studio during some down time and putting together something silly that they decide to release on the album to amuse people" track. It's the only explanation. My favorite quote about the song came from an interview with Linnell from '94 I believe when he was talking about how fans always wanted them to play obscure songs when they played live but there was just no way they could ever play a song like Spider live. Which is entertaining since they have since performed it dozens of times. I think he underestimated their talents :-)
