The analogy "the songs we play are the hospital bill, you pay with your applause" is so cool it blows my mind a little. Actually, the whole music venue/hospital analogy in the song is pretty clever and quite well expressed in the lyrics, but that line in particular is my favorite. Looking forward to hearing this one again in April :-)
