I don't know how I ended up with such a block of cover songs this week. Or two sad songs in a row about failed relationships. I think the accordion and the pacing make the song seem more cheerful than it actually is if you pay attention to the lyrics. But once again, this is an incredibly faithful cover. (And yes, I did have to go look up the original in order to make that statement.)
